Exchange and Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues with your purchase at, please contact us via phone or email, and we will guide you through our processes. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Upon receiving the product, we will issue a refund to the original card used for the order, deducting a 15% restocking fee. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid labels for return shipments, and shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend adding insurance to your package when returning items to us.


We gladly offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund/Exchange Restrictions

Certain items cannot be accepted for return due to FDA regulations, including:

  • Opened and/or used e-liquid
  • Products not purchased on
  • Opened and used devices/accessories
  • Shipping fees
  • No refunds or exchanges on partially returned or opened sample packs or bundle deals

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Upon receiving the returned items, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss your exchange preferences and assist you in placing the order over the phone. You will only be responsible for the remaining amount if the selected item has a higher value. A standard shipping fee will be applied to all orders less than $79.99.

Before returning any products, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Failure to include the RMA in the package may affect the eligibility for a refund or exchange. Our contact information can be found at the bottom of the page.
